DELIVERY TIME
Hexagon lights and other dropshipping products
Some of our products, such as Hexagon lights, are delivered using a dropshipping model directly from our supplier to the customer, without intermediate handling in our warehouse.
This allows us to offer a wider selection.
The delivery time for these products is usually approximately 7–18 business days, depending on the product and the supplier's location.
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information as soon as the shipment is on its way.
Warehouse products
If a product is in our own warehouse, we process and ship it quickly.
The delivery time for these products is usually approximately 2–4 business days.
Other product categories
In some product categories, products are first delivered to our warehouse and then forwarded to the end customer. In such cases, the delivery time may vary depending on the product.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by Posti Oyj.
The order is packed as required by the products. A shipment of the order is delivered with the order. The delivery method is selected on the shopping cart page.
1. Postal package: The postal package is delivered to the Post office closest to the delivery address. A tracking code and a notification will be sent to the customer about the delivery by e-mail, text message or parcel card. Posti keeps shipments for 7 days, after which the uncollected shipment is returned to the sender. Posti's offices and their opening hours can be found on Posti's website. Posti's service number for private individuals is 0200 71000 (call price dvm/mpm).
2. Home delivery: The order can also be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer (home delivery). Home delivery only applies to addresses with a fixed road connection. In connection with home delivery, the order details must include the recipient's phone number, which the post office will contact to agree on the time of delivery. Home delivery works on weekdays, delivery in the biggest cities also in the evenings until 9 pm.
3.Posti's parcel machine: The order is delivered to Posti's parcel machine, where it can be picked up after the arrival notification has been delivered to the recipient. Please note that the arrival notification is only sent by text message, so please check your phone number. Maximum delivery weight 35 kg and maximum dimensions 60x60x35 cm. NOTE! Automatic deliveries must be picked up within seven (7) days! After this, the uncollected shipment is returned to the sender. If all the compartments of the parcel machine are full at the time of delivery, the package will be directed to the next nearest collection point in the zip code area of the selected collection point with space (parcel machine or Post office).
DELIVERY COSTS IN FINLAND
We offer free domestic deliveries for orders over 300 euros!
The delivery costs of the product are paid when paying for the order. Delivery costs may change depending on campaigns.
The delivery costs are normally according to the delivery method:
Pickup from a Posti parcel machine: €5.90
Posti Home delivery: €20.90
The shipment can be picked up for 7 days, regardless of the delivery method.

The delivery costs are calculated and paid at checkout. Delivery costs may vary depending on ongoing campaigns.
In-stock products
If the product is available in our warehouse, delivery times are as follows:
- Estonia and Latvia: 2–3 business days
- Lithuania: 3–4 business days
- Nordic countries: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 6–14 business days
Dropshipping products
Some products (such as Hexagon lights) are shipped directly from our supplier. In this case, the delivery time is typically 7–18 business days depending on the product and supplier location.
Other products
For certain product categories, items are first delivered to our warehouse and then forwarded to the final customer. Delivery times may vary depending on the product.
