A gym needs 300–500 lux over the training floor. In practice: 50 m² → 9 cells (216 W), 100 m² → 18 cells (432 W), 150 m² → 27 cells (648 W).
Why hexagons: in front of a rack or a mirror, a point source casts a hard shadow and you cannot judge your own form in the reflection. Light arriving from six sides softens the shadow and the mirror shows the movement as it really is.
Recommended: 6500 K with stepless 0–100 % dimming. The same room then works for morning strength training at full output and evening yoga at 20 %. The remote is included.
RGB as accent: for a group-training room or the reception wall. One RGB tube draws just 1,8 W, so even a large pattern costs very little to run.
