Delivered within the EU: no extra charges. We ship from Finland, so orders delivered inside the EU are not subject to customs duty or import VAT. The amount you see at checkout is final.
Delivered outside the EU: import charges are set by the destination country. When your parcel arrives, customs may charge import VAT and, in some cases, duty. These are government charges in your own country — they are not included in the order total and they are not paid to us.
How it works in practice
- Your parcel arrives at customs in your country.
- The carrier contacts you by email or text message with a payment link.
- You pay online, and the parcel continues on to you.
Clearance usually takes a few days.
How much will it be
The amount depends on your country, the product and the order value, so we cannot tell you in advance. Your national customs authority publishes the exact rules. We always declare the true contents and value of every shipment.
If the charges are not paid
The parcel is returned to us. We refund the price of the goods, but shipping costs cannot be refunded.
