Hexagon lights and other dropshipping products
Some of our products, such as the Hexagon lights, are shipped on a dropshipping basis directly from our supplier to the customer, without passing through our own warehouse.
This is what lets us offer a wider range.
Delivery for these products usually takes about 7–18 working days, depending on the product and where the supplier is based.
You will receive an order confirmation, and tracking details as soon as the shipment is on its way.
Stocked products
If the product is in our own warehouse, we process and dispatch it quickly.
Delivery for these products usually takes about 2–4 working days.
Other product groups
In some product groups the goods come to our warehouse first and go on to the customer from there. Delivery time then varies by product.

HOW ORDERS ARE SHIPPED
Orders are delivered by Posti Oyj.
Your order is packed as the products require, and a delivery note is included. You choose the delivery method in the shopping cart.
1. Postal parcel: delivered to the Posti service point nearest your delivery address. You receive a tracking number and a notification by email, text message or parcel card. Posti holds shipments for 7 days; after that an uncollected shipment is returned to the sender. Posti's service points and their opening hours are listed on the Posti website. Posti's customer service number for private customers is 0200 71000 (local network / mobile charge).
2. Home delivery: your order can also be delivered all the way to the address you give. Home delivery covers only addresses reachable by a maintained road. Please give the recipient's phone number with the order — Posti will call to agree a delivery time. Home delivery runs on weekdays, and in the largest cities also in the evening until 9 pm.
3. Posti parcel locker: your order is delivered to a Posti parcel locker and can be collected once the arrival notice has been sent. Please note that the arrival notice is sent by text message only, so do check your phone number. Maximum weight 35 kg and maximum dimensions 60x60x35 cm. PLEASE NOTE: parcels must be collected from the locker within seven (7) days. After that an uncollected shipment is returned to the sender. If every locker compartment is full at the time of delivery, the parcel is routed to the next nearest collection point with space in the same postcode area (a parcel locker or a Posti service point).
DELIVERY COSTS WITHIN FINLAND
Domestic delivery is free on orders over 90 euros!
Delivery costs are paid when you pay for the order. Delivery costs may change during campaigns.
Standard delivery costs by method:
Collection from a Posti service point or parcel locker: from €5.90
Posti home delivery: €25.90
Shipments can be collected for 7 days, whichever method you choose.
WHEN FREE DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY
Free delivery on orders over 90 euros applies to ordinary items sent as postal parcels — for example Hexagon lights, luminaires, LED tubes and accessories.
Free delivery does not apply to large and heavy items that have to be sent as freight. These are:
- floor tiles and floor covering tiles, including their edge strips and corner pieces
- bubble tents and glass igloos
- large LED light panels (2400 × 4800 mm)
- large ceiling luminaires and other bulky items
Delivery cost for these items is based on the total weight of the order. In Finland it starts at €21.99 and rises in steps with the weight. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
If your cart holds both ordinary and bulky items, the checkout calculates delivery for them separately. Your order total may then exceed 90 euros while the freight part is still charged.

Delivery costs are paid with the order. Delivery costs may vary during campaigns.
Stocked products
If the product is in our own warehouse, delivery times are as follows:
- Estonia and Latvia: 2–3 working days
- Lithuania: 3–4 working days
- Nordic countries: 2–5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of the world: 6–14 working days
Dropshipping products
Some products (such as the Hexagon lights) ship directly from the supplier. Delivery for these usually takes 7–18 working days, depending on the product and where the supplier is based.
Other products
In some product groups the goods come to our warehouse first and go on to the customer from there. Delivery time varies by product.
