Hexagon lights and other dropshipping products
Some of our products, such as Hexagon lights, are shipped on a dropshipping basis directly from our supplier to the customer, without passing through our warehouse.
This allows us to offer a wider selection.
The delivery time for these products is usually around 7–18 working days, depending on the product and the supplier's location.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation, and tracking information as soon as the shipment is on its way.
In-stock products
If a product is available in our own warehouse, we process and ship it quickly.
The delivery time for these products is usually around 1–4 working days.
Other product groups
For some product groups, products are first delivered to our warehouse and then forwarded on to the end customer. In these cases, the delivery time can vary depending on the product.

DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT
Orders are delivered by Posti Oyj.
The order is packaged as required by the products. A delivery note is included with the order. The delivery method is chosen on the shopping cart page.
1. Posti parcel: The parcel is delivered to the Posti location nearest to the delivery address. A tracking number and a notification by email, text message or parcel card are sent to the customer. Posti holds shipments for 7 days, after which an uncollected shipment is returned to the sender. Posti's locations and their opening hours can be found on Posti's website. Posti's customer service number for private customers is 0200 71000 (call charge: local network rate/mobile call rate).
2. Home delivery: The order can also be delivered all the way to the delivery address provided by the customer (home delivery). Home delivery is only available to addresses with a fixed road connection. For home delivery, the recipient's phone number must be provided in the order details, as Posti will contact this number to agree on a delivery time. Home delivery operates on working days, and in the largest cities deliveries are also made in the evenings until 9 pm.
3. Posti parcel locker: The order is delivered to a Posti parcel locker, from which it can be collected once the arrival notification has been sent to the recipient. Please note that the arrival notification is sent by text message only, so please make sure your phone number is correct. Maximum delivery weight is 35 kg and maximum dimensions are 60x60x35 cm. NOTE! Parcel locker deliveries must be collected within seven (7) days! After this, an uncollected shipment is returned to the sender. If all compartments in the parcel locker are full at the time of delivery, the parcel is redirected to the next nearest pickup point with space available within the postal code area of the selected pickup point (parcel locker or Posti location).
DELIVERY COSTS IN FINLAND
We offer free domestic delivery for orders over €90!
Delivery costs are paid when the order is paid for. Delivery costs may change depending on ongoing campaigns.
Delivery costs are normally as follows, depending on the delivery method:
Pickup from a Posti pickup point or parcel locker: starting from 5,90 €
Posti home delivery: 25,90 €
The shipment can be collected for 7 days regardless of the delivery method.
WHEN FREE DELIVERY DOES NOT APPLY TO AN ORDER
Free delivery for orders over €90 applies to standard products shipped as Posti parcels — for example Hexagon lights, light fixtures, LED tubes and accessories.
Free delivery does not apply to large and heavy products that are shipped as freight. These include:
- floor tiles / floor covering tiles and their edge trims and corner pieces
- bubble tents and glass igloos
- large LED light panels (2400 × 4800 mm)
- large ceiling lights and other products that require a lot of space
The delivery cost for these products is determined by the total weight of the order. In Finland, prices start from 21,99 euros and increase in steps according to weight. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
If the shopping cart contains both standard and large products, the checkout calculates the delivery costs for them separately. In this case, the order total may exceed €90, but a delivery cost will still be charged for the part shipped as freight.

DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME TO EUROPE AND THE REST OF THE WORLD
Delivery costs are paid together with the order. Delivery costs may vary depending on campaigns.
Delivery costs for standard Posti parcels start as follows: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania 9,89 €, Sweden, Denmark and Luxembourg 20,90 €, other parts of Europe and Britain 24,90 €, countries outside the EU 50,90 €. The price increases in steps according to the weight of the order, and the delivery cost for large products shipped as freight is higher. The final delivery cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
In-stock products
If a product is available in our own warehouse, the delivery times are as follows:
- Estonia and Latvia: 2–3 working days
- Lithuania: 3–4 working days
- Nordic countries: 2–5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of the world: 6–14 working days
Dropshipping products
Some products (such as Hexagon lights) are shipped directly from the supplier. The delivery time for these products is usually 7–18 working days, depending on the product and the supplier's location.
Other products
For some product groups, products are first delivered to our warehouse and then forwarded on to the customer. The delivery time can vary depending on the product.

CUSTOMS DUTY AND IMPORT CHARGES OUTSIDE THE EU (for example the United States)
We also deliver orders outside the EU, for example to the United States. Please note the following before ordering:
- Customs duty and import charges are paid by the recipient. Our prices do not include the destination country's customs duty, import taxes or the carrier's handling fees. These are charged to the recipient according to the rules of the destination country and are added on top of the order total.
- United States: customs duty is generally charged on all incoming shipments regardless of the value of the shipment. The charge is usually collected before the parcel is released.
- Delivery costs outside the EU are determined by the weight of the order and start from 50,90 euros. The delivery cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
- Delivery time: products shipped from our own warehouse take 1–4 working days plus 6–14 working days transit. For products shipped directly from the supplier, such as Hexagon lights, the delivery time is usually 7–18 working days.
- If a shipment is not collected, it will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange next steps.
