DELIVERY TIME

Domestic delivery time is usually around 2-4 business days. Note: Campaigns and public holidays may affect delivery time.

The online store is not responsible for delays in deliveries beyond the control of the online store. If the delivery is delayed by more than 7 business days from the time of payment for the order, please contact our customer service.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

Orders are delivered by Posti Oyj.

The order will be packaged as required by the products. A shipping note will be sent with the order. The delivery method is selected on the shopping cart page.

1. Postal parcel: A postal parcel is delivered to the Posti office closest to the delivery address. The subscriber is sent a tracking number and a notification of the delivery by email, text message or parcel card. Posti stores shipments for 7 days, after which an undelivered shipment is returned to the sender. Posti offices and their opening hours can be found on the Posti website. Posti's service number for private individuals is 0200 71000 (call price per landline/mobile phone).

2. Home delivery: The order can also be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer (home delivery). Home delivery only applies to addresses with a fixed road connection. In the case of home delivery, the recipient's phone number must be indicated in the order details, which the post office will contact to agree on the delivery time. Home delivery operates on weekdays, in larger cities delivery is also available in the evenings until 9 pm.

3. Posti parcel machine: The order will be delivered to a Posti parcel machine, from which it can be picked up once the arrival notification has been delivered to the recipient. Please note that the arrival notification is only sent by text message, so please check your phone number. The maximum delivery weight is 35 kg and the maximum dimensions are 60x60x35 cm. NOTE! Parcel machine deliveries must be picked up within seven (7) days! After this, any unpicked shipment will be returned to the sender. If all the slots in the parcel machine are full at the time of delivery, the package will be directed to the next closest pickup point in the postal code area of ​​the selected pickup point where there is space (parcel machine or Posti office).

We offer free domestic delivery for orders over 300 euros!
Product delivery costs are paid when you place your order. Delivery costs may change depending on promotions.

Posti Home Delivery: €20.90
The shipment can be picked up within 7 days, regardless of the delivery method.
