Hexagon lights and other dropshipping products
Some of our products, such as Hexagon lights, are delivered using a dropshipping model directly from our supplier to the customer, without intermediate handling in our warehouse.
This allows us to offer a wider selection.
The delivery time for these products is usually approximately 7–18 business days, depending on the product and the supplier's location.
After ordering, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information as soon as the shipment is on its way.
Warehouse products
If a product is in our own warehouse, we process and ship it quickly.
The delivery time for these products is usually approximately 2–4 business days.
Other product categories
In some product categories, products are first delivered to our warehouse and then forwarded to the end customer. In such cases, the delivery time may vary depending on the product.

PRODUCT DELIVERY
Orders are delivered by Posti Oyj.
The order will be packaged in a manner appropriate for the products. A dispatch note for the order will be included with the delivery. The delivery method is chosen on the shopping cart page.
1. Parcel: Parcels are delivered to the Posti service point closest to the delivery address. The subscriber will receive a tracking code and a notification by email, SMS, or as a parcel card. Posti stores shipments for 7 days, after which undelivered shipments are returned to the sender. Posti's website provides information on Posti service points and their opening hours. Posti's service number for private customers is 0200 71000 (call charge local/mobile network rate).
2. Home Delivery: Orders can also be delivered directly to the customer's specified delivery address (home delivery). Home delivery only applies to addresses with a fixed road connection. For home delivery, the recipient's phone number must be provided in the order details, so Posti can contact them to arrange the delivery time. Home delivery operates on weekdays, and in larger cities, evening deliveries are available until 9 PM.
3. Posti Parcel Locker: Orders are delivered to a Posti Parcel Locker, from which they can be collected once a notification of arrival has been sent to the recipient. Please note that the arrival notification is sent only via SMS, so please double-check your phone number. The maximum weight for delivery is 35 kg and maximum dimensions are 60x60x35 cm. NOTE! Automatic deliveries must be collected within seven (7) days! After this, uncollected shipments will be returned to the sender. If all lockers in the parcel locker are full at the time of delivery, the parcel will be directed to the next nearest collection point within the selected pickup point's postal code area that has space (parcel locker or Posti service point).
DELIVERY COSTS IN FINLAND
We offer free domestic deliveries for orders over 90 euros!
Delivery costs are paid when placing the order. Delivery costs may vary depending on campaigns.
Delivery costs are normally as follows, depending on the delivery method:
Pickup from Posti parcel locker: 5.90 €
Posti Home Delivery: 20.90 €
Shipments can be collected for 7 days, regardless of the delivery method.
